To calculate the distance the Moon travels in one round trip arounf the Earth, you have to think of its orbit as a perfect circle, and the distance will be the perimeter of that circle.

The perimeter of a circle is equal to P= 2πr²

Where the radius of this circle will be equal to the radius of Earth plus the distance between Earth and Moon
