Given:

1) A coin is tossed.

the number of outcomes is {H,T}=2.

2) Selecting the numbers from 0-9 then number of outcomes = 10.

The probability of getting head when a coin is tossed is given by,

\begin{gathered} P=\frac{desired\text{ outcomes}}{\text{total number of outcomes}} \\ P=(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

The probability of getting number 9 out of 10 possibility is,

P=(1)/(10)

Note that the given events are independant.

The probability of getting heads and a number 9 is,

\begin{gathered} P=(1)/(2)*(1)/(10) \\ =(1)/(20) \\ =0.05 \end{gathered}

Hence, the probability is 0.05.
