The midpoint of M of the line segment from A to B is

\begin{gathered} M=((x_1+x_2)/(2),(y_1+y_2)/(2)) \\ \text{Where} \\ A=(x_1,y_1) \\ B=(x_2,y_2) \end{gathered}

So, in this case, you have

\begin{gathered} A=(3,2) \\ B=(-7,8) \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} M=((x_1+x_2)/(2),(y_1+y_2)/(2)) \\ M=((3+(-7))/(2),(2+8)/(2)) \\ M=((-4)/(2),(10)/(2)) \\ M=(-2,5) \end{gathered}

Graphing you have
