The slope of the function is;

\text{Slope}=\text{ }(q_2-q_1)/(p_2-p_1)=(-28--14)/(4-2)=(-28+14)/(2)=-(14)/(2)=-7

The rule that defined the function is;

\begin{gathered} q-q_1=slope(p-p_1) \\ q--14=-7(p-2) \\ q+14=-7p+14 \\ q=-7p\text{ (option A)} \end{gathered}
