We have the following:


\begin{gathered} 2x=3-4y \\ 4y=3-2x \\ (4)/(4)y=(3)/(4)-(2)/(4)x \\ y=(3)/(4)-(1)/(2)x \\ y=-(1)/(2)x+(3)/(4) \end{gathered}

replacing:


\begin{gathered} y=-(1)/(2)\cdot-4+(3)/(4) \\ y=2+0.75 \\ y=2.75 \end{gathered}

Which means that the equation does not contain that point
