Answer:

(3/2)x - 5 or 1.5x - 5

Explanation:

y = mx + b

Whereas, m = slope, b = y intercept, and obviously x = the x variable.

We can find the slope by plotting the 2 points and using the rise-over-run method to give you 3/2 or 1.5.

We can find the y intercept by tracing a line through both points and to the y axis.
