The equation of a circle is written as

(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2

Where

h and k are the x and y coordinates of the center of the circle respectively

r = radius of circle.

from the information given, center = (- 4, 5)

Thus,

h = - 4, k = 5

Radius, r = 5

By substituting these values into the equation of the circle, it becomes

(x - - 4)^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 5^2

(x + 4)^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 25

The equation of the circle is

(x + 4)^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 25
