Given:

The expression is,

\sqrt[]{x^2+10x+25}

To simplify this expression first solve the equation under square root.

\begin{gathered} x^2+10x+25 \\ =x^2+2(5x)+5^2 \\ =(x+5)^2 \end{gathered}

Now, put the value in the given expression,

\begin{gathered} \sqrt[]{x^2+10x+25}=\sqrt[]{(x+5)^2} \\ =x+5 \end{gathered}

Answer:

\sqrt[]{x^2+10x+25}=x+5
