Solution:

The slope-intercept form of the equation is

\begin{gathered} y=mx+c \\ Where\text{ } \\ m\text{ is the slope} \\ c\text{ is the y-intercept} \end{gathered}

Given that;

\begin{gathered} m=-6 \\ c=(1)/(5) \end{gathered}

The equation of the line will be

y=-6x+(1)/(5)

Hence, the answer is

y=-6x+(1)/(5)
