To find equivalent ratios you can multiply or divide denominator and numerator by the same number:

For 36/6:

Multiply by 3:

(3\cdot36)/(3\cdot6)=(108)/(18)

Divide into 3:

((36)/(3))/((6)/(3))=(12)/(2)Then, two equivalent ratios for 36/6 are 108/18 and 12/2
