5x-y<-2 and 5x -y>6

5x - y < -2 ==> 5x + 2 < y ==> y > 5x + 2 ==> is the violet area

5x - y > 6 ==> 5x - 6 > y ==> y < 5x - 6 ==> is the gray area

In this case there is no solution to the system of inequalities because there is no intersection of both areas
