Vertex is the maximum ( or minimum ) point of a parabole

the general equation is. Y = (X+h)^ 2 + b

so we need to find h and b

we have two points given (4,4) and (3,8)

replace both in the equation and we obtain 2 equations

lets begin to replace

first 4 = (4+h)^2 + b = 16
