When a figure is rotated around a specific point, only the coordinates of the figure are changed. The following characteristics of the figure does NOT change:

- Side lengths

- Angle measures

- Area

- Perimeter

You can notice the previous conclution by observing the following sketch:

blue polygon is the original one, red polygon is the rotated polygon. As you can notice, AREA, PERIMETER, ANGLE MEASURES AND SIDE LENGTH remain the same. ONLY coordinates change.
