Using the point-slope formula in order to obtain the equation of the line.

The formula is,

y-y_1=m\left(x-x_1\right)

Given:

\begin{gathered} \lparen x_1,y_1)=\left(0,(5)/(6)\right) \\ m=1 \end{gathered}

Therefore,

y-(5)/(6)=1\left(x-0\right)

Simplify

\begin{gathered} y-(5)/(6)=1\left(x\right) \\ y-(5)/(6)=x \\ \therefore y=x+(5)/(6) \end{gathered}

Hence, the equation is

y=x+(5)/(6)\text{ \lparen OPTION 1\rparen}
