We know that 1 mL = 1 cm^3. Also, 1 mm^3 is equivalent to 1x10^-6.

Having said that, we can find the number of red blood cells in 1 liter.


1L*\frac{7*10^6\text{cells}}{1*10^(-6)L}=7*10^(6+6)=7*10^(12)

Hence, the answer is the first option.
