We are asked to construct a frequency table using a class interval width of 0.2 starting at 0.15.

The greatest value in the table is 1.4

So, the class intervals are

0.15 - 0.35

0.35 - 0.55

0.55 - 0.75

0.75 - 0.95

0.95 - 1.15

1.15 - 1.35

1.35 - 1.40

Now we have to count the values that fall between each of the class intervals.

This will be the frequency.

0.15 - 0.35 | 2

0.35 - 0.55 | 5

0.55 - 0.75 | 8

0.75 - 0.95 | 6

0.95 - 1.15 | 6

1.15 - 1.35 | 4

1.35 - 1.40 | 1

If you count the frequency, it should sum to 32

2+5+8+6+6+4+1 = 32

Hence, the frequency table is correct.
