The second option is the correct answer. That is, d= 1.5t

taking two points from the table, we have, (0,0) and (1,1.5)

The slope=


(d_2-d_1)/(t_2-t_1)=(1.5-0)/(1-0)=1.5

The equation of the line is,


\begin{gathered} d-d_1=slope(t-t_1) \\ d-0=1.5(t-0) \\ d=1.5t \end{gathered}

So, the equation that show the relationship is d=1.5t ( second option)
