In this problem

we have a linear direct variation (because the line passes through the origin)

The equation is of the form

y=Kx

where

K is the constant of proportionality or unit rate

we need one point to calculate K

K=y/x

looking at the graph

we take

(1,3)

so

K=3/1=3

that means

3 donuts per 1 dollar
