To find the slope of the line we have to use the following formula:

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

Use two pairs of values, for example, (6,0) and (3,6):

m=(6-0)/(3-6)=(6)/(-3)=-2

Now, use one of the pair of values and the slope in the point slope formula to find the equation of the line in slope intercept form:

\begin{gathered} y-y1=m(x-x1) \\ y-0=-(1)/(2)(x-6) \\ y=-2x+12 \end{gathered}

It means that the slope of the line is -2 and the y intercept is 12.
