A "normal" temperature for a certain animal is 73.5°F. If a temperature x that differs from the normal by at least 2.9°F is considered unhealthy, write the condition for anunhealthy temperature x as an inequality involving an absolute value, and solve for xWrite the condition for an unhealthy temperature x as an inequality involving an absolute value.(Use integers or decimals for any numbers in the inequality.)

The normal temperature is 73.5°F. Then, the animal is considered unhealthy if its temperature overcome the normal termperature.

Furthermore, if the temperature differs, at least 2.5°F, the animal can be considered as unhelathy.

You can write the previous statement by using an inequality as follow:

\left|73.5-x\right|>2.9

where x is the temperature of the animal. The previous expression stablishes that if the temperature x of the animal differs from the normal temperature (73.5), the animal can be considered as unhelathy.
