\begin{gathered} 4p+3c=(c+2p)(2) \\ 4p+3c=2c+4p \\ 4p+3c-4p=2c+4p-4p \\ 3c\\e2c \\ \end{gathered}

since 3c is not equal to 2c, this means that the expressions are not equal
