When we are given a value of x in f(x), and a graph, we can know the value of f(x) by following the y value for the given x value.

• f(-3)

Based on the graph we can see that f (-3) = 0.

• f(0)

When x = 0, then f(0) = 6

• f(5)

Following the same procedure as before, when x = 5, f(5) = 4.

• f(6)

Finally, when x = 6, f(6) = 6.
