The total area of land is A = 9 1/3 acres.

Determine the area of each section.

\begin{gathered} a=(9(1)/(3))/(7) \\ =(28)/(3\cdot7) \\ =(28)/(21) \\ =1(7)/(21) \\ =1(1)/(3) \end{gathered}

So area of each section is 1 1/3 acres.
