Given :

The vertices of a triangle are L(0,1), M(1, - 2), and N(-2,1)

Given the translation rule : (x + 2 , y + 3)

So, the image of the triangle will be L'M'N'

The coordinates of the image triangle will be :


\begin{gathered} L^(\prime)=(0+2,1+3)=(2,4) \\ M^(\prime)=(1+2,-2+3)=(3,1) \\ N^(\prime)=(-2+2,1+3)=(0,4) \end{gathered}

The graph of the triangle and its image will be as shown in the following picture:
