Looking at the function y, we can see that the parent function y = 2^x was multiplied by the constant 1/3.

Since the absolute value of the constant is between 0 and 1, we have a vertical compression.

Also, the value of the constant is positive, so we don't have a reflection over the x-axis (answer = No).
