Cancel out 4π in both numerator and denominator

r = 3 × (36π/4π) ^ ⅓

Simplify

r = (3 × 9) ^ ⅓

r = 27 ^ ⅓

Calculate 27 to the power of 1/3 and get 3

r = 3
