We know that the list of numbers is {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8}.

There are 9 numbers in total and each number has the same probability to happen, we just have to divide 1 by 9 because there's just one type of each number.

P=(1)/(9)

Therefore, the answer is D. 1/9.
