A. The amount of money spent on a home

Lets keep the example

$ 250000

These amounts can be expressed as Integers, or with terminating decimals. If the amount has no cents you can express it as:

$250000,00

B. The height of a house

This will depend on the unit used to measure the height.

If you use feet yo can express it as:

8' 00'' in this case it will be an integer

-or-

8' 1/2'' in this example you are expressing it as rational numbers or as fractions

If the height is expressed in meters

8' 00'' is equal to 2.44 meters, with this units the height can also be expressed with terminel decimals

C. The temperature of the thermostat inside of a house

In this case, whether you use Celsius, Fahrenheit or Kelvin you can express it using integers or terminal decimals

For example:

10ºC = 50ºF = 283.15ºK

For temperatures you'll never see them expressed as fractions

D. The number of houses on a street

The number of houses on a street will always be an integer, there is no way you'll count half a house or 3/4 of a house in one street.
