Weigth = mass x gravity = 50 kg x 9.8 m/s^2 = 490 Newton

Then, the work

Work = Weight x height = 490 N x 6m

finally, calculate the power:

Power = Work / time = (490N x 6m) / 15s

Power = 196 newton * m /s

Power = 190 watts
