Answer: (C) the same

Here's what I'm thinkin: Since the bucket has a lid, then no water was evaporated thus the mass wouldn't decrease. Also, Jacob didn't add any substances to the bucket of ice, so the mass wouldn't increase. You know? Sorry if this is wrong, but that's how I figured the answer.
