From the perpendicular bisector therorem, wehave,


JK=KL

That is,


\begin{gathered} 4x+9=11x-61 \\ 11x-4x=61+9 \\ 7x=70 \\ x=(70)/(7)=10 \end{gathered}

Therefor, by putting x = 10, in the value of KL we have,


11*10-61=110-61=49

Thus, option B is correct.
