In the given equation, the radical term is same in each term(radical is the being the square root of 11)

5sqrt(11)-12sqrt(11)-2sqrt(11)

Take the sqrt(11) common

sqrt(11){5-12-2}

sqrt(11){5-14}

sqrt(11){-9}

{-9}sqrt(11)

The correct answer is (c). -9Sqrt(11)
