Solution
We have the following inequality:
4y + 2(2y-4) < 2(2y+4)
We can distribute the terms and we got:
4y + 4y -8 < 4y +8
8y -8 < 4y +8
We cna subtract 4y in both sides and we got:
4y -8 < 8
Adding 8 in both sides we got:
4y < 16
And dividing both sides by 4 we got:
y < 16/4
y < 4
And in the interval form would be:
