The volume of a sphere of radius r is:

V=(4)/(3)\pi r^3

The radius of the sphere s r = 6 cm. substituting:

V=(4)/(3)\pi(6\text{ cm})^3

Calculating:

V=(4)/(3)*3.14*216\text{ cm}^3

V = 904 cubic cm

A sphere has a radius of 6 cm. What is the volume of the sphere ? Give your answer-example-1
