Given data:

The given graph of the function is y=3(x-2)^2 +4.

The transformation from the parent graph y=x^2, as first shift the graph 2 units towards riight the graph obtained is y= (x-2)^2 , then stretch the graph 3 units aloong y-axis to get y= 3(x-2)^2 graph. Finally, move vertically upward by 4 units to get the graph of y=3(x-2)^2+4.

Thus, the vertex of the g(x) is (2, 4).
