we have the following:

a_n=(11)/(8)+(1)/(2)n

therefore, n = 23

\begin{gathered} a_(23)=(11)/(8)+(1)/(2)23 \\ a_(23)=(11)/(8)+(23)/(2) \\ a_(23)=(11\cdot2+23\cdot8)/(8\cdot2)=(22+184)/(16)=(206)/(16)=(103)/(8) \end{gathered}

the answer is 103/8
