Since both angles are congruent (opposed by a vertex), we can equal both expression to get this:

2x+13=41

Now, solving for x we get:

\begin{gathered} 2x+13=41 \\ \Rightarrow2x=41-13=28 \\ \Rightarrow2x=28 \\ \Rightarrow x=(28)/(2)=14 \\ x=14 \end{gathered}

Therefore, x equals 14 degrees.
