Explanation: The exposition is the beginning of the story. It includes the introduction of characters, setting, backstories, prior plot events, etc. The rising action is the point of the story after the exposition when a conflict is introduced and so the plot tenses.

After this comes the falling action which is when the story's plot goes back to normal. The resolution is just the end solution, when the characters learn a lesson, or when the morale of the story is now clearly conveyed.
