We have the following:

The red triangle is after the translation and the green triangle is after the reflection

the black line is x = 1

If the same changes are made, but inversely, the result would not be the same, this is because the order matters when there is a reflection in between, since being at a specific point (x = 1) affects where it is find the figure, whether on the right or left side.
