EXPLANATION

A single toss of a pair of cubes.

The aim is to find the empirical likelihood of having the sum of 7 P (7)

Let A be the case where the sum of 7 is collected.

Utilize the formula,

P(A)=\frac{n\\u mber\text{ of times A has ocurred }}{\text{total number of times the experiment is p}\operatorname{erf}ormed}

Number of times A has occurred=ocurrene of the sum of 11=50

Total number of times the experiment is performed=total number of throws=50

In order to obtain the expected value of rolling 2 dice 50 times, we use the formula:

E(X) = Sum x*p(x)

The Expected Value (EV) is (1+2+3+4+5+6)/6 = 21/6 = 3.5 (Average Value)

For 2 Dice this is 2*3.5 = 7

ANSWER: This would not surprise the observer.
