The volume of a cylinder is:

\begin{gathered} V=\pi*(d^2)/(4)* h \\ d=diameter \\ h=\text{height} \end{gathered}

The height of the cylinder: 12 inches

Since 1 feet is 12 inches, then we can say the height of the cylinder is 1 foot.

diameter: 6 feet.

Now we can find the volume of the pool (cylinder):

\begin{gathered} V=\pi*(6^2)/(4)*1 \\ V=9\pi\approx28.274ft^3 \\ \\ \therefore V=28ft^3\text{ (to the nearest cubic foot)} \end{gathered}

V = 28 cubic feet

One cubic foot equals 7.48 gallons, therefore to find the amount of water in gallons is:

\begin{gathered} 7.48*28.274 \\ =211.489\text{gallons}=212gallons\text{ (to the nearest gallon)} \end{gathered}
