From the given table there are 4 points

(-1, -2), (1, 0), (3, 2), (5, 4)

The rule of the slope of the line that passes through the points

(x_{1_{}},y_1),(x_2,y_2)

is

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Let us choose any two points and use them

Let

\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1)=(1,0) \\ (x_2,y_2)=(3,2) \end{gathered}

Substitute them in the rule above

\begin{gathered} x_1=1,x_2=3 \\ y_1=0,y_2=2 \\ m=(2-0)/(3-1) \\ m=(2)/(2) \\ m=1 \end{gathered}

The slope of the line is 1

Let us plot the given points on the graph

Join the 4 points to get the line
