Given data:

The first point is A=(0, 6).

The second point is B=(3, 2).

The equation of the line passing throught the given points is,

\begin{gathered} y-6=(2-6)/(3-0)(x-0) \\ y-6=-(4)/(3)x \\ y=-(4)/(3)x+6 \end{gathered}

Thus, the equation of line in slope intercept form is y=-(4/3)x+6
