Answer:

He wanted for everyone to hear his speech. He thought black people should have the same rights as white people. Not just black people, He wanted all colors to have equal rights. He also describes why they should have equal rights and shouldn't be treated differently. Johnson challenges the nation to transform the laws and proclamations about equality from rhetoric to fact by persevering together for the sake of the entire nation.

I am not necessarily familiar with the speech but to help I would explain how Johnson was straightforward and direct for his delivery. And for the fluency techniques explain how his use of certain figures of speech and transition words allowed him to smoothly deliver his appeal. And for the final part talk about how his use of these things allows him to further get his point across. :)
