In order to find the absolute decrease, we just have to subtract the amounts; it went from 147 million to 114 million, so:

147-114=33million.

One of the ways to find the percentual decrease is doing a cross product:

147 100%

33 x%

147x=3300

x=22.45%

The absolute decrease is 33 million CDs and the percentual decrease is 22.45%.
