hello I am using kinematic equations to find the projectile motion of the ball. in a question I am given the range of flight dx= 1.02time of flight t=1.20s height if launch dy=1mI need help finding the time to the highest point and velocity of ball upon impact

Given

x = 1.02 m

t = 1.20s

y = 1m

Procedure

The time of flight of a projectile motion is the time from when the object is projected to the time it reaches the surface.

The maximum height is reached when vy = 0 Using this we can rearrange the velocity equation to find the time it will take for the object to reach maximum height

\begin{gathered} t=(v_y)/(g) \\ t=\frac{5.88\text{ m/s}}{9.81\text{ m/s}^2} \\ t=0.6s \end{gathered}
