Rosa has 2 accounts these are savings account and a checking account.

Amount in savings account = $117

Deposit each week in savings account = $21 (521 given in the question seems odd to me)

Amount in checking account = $95

Deposit each week in checking account = $25

Let the number of weeks be x.

Total amount in savings account = 117 + 21x

Total amount in checking account = 95 + 25x

Then we can set up the following equation so that both accounts have equal amount of money

Total money in savings account = Total money in checking account

117+21x=95+25x

Combine the like terms together

117-95=25x-21x

Now simplify the equation

\begin{gathered} 22=4x \\ x=(22)/(4)=5.5 \end{gathered}

So that means it would take 5.5 weeks for both accounts to have equal money.

The number of weeks should be a whole number not a decimal.

But nothing to worry about, there must be some wrong value given in the question so you can replace that with the correct value. If that's not the case then this is the correct answer.

The learning concept here is how to set up en equation for such word problems.
