Option B) " A mutation results in the loss of the ability to produce a tumor-suppressor protein" is incorrect because tumors/cancer are attacked mainly by macrophages and killer T cells (type of immune cells), and some of these proteins belong to these last, they are a type of antibody, however a mutation here not necessarily implies cancer, as cancer can came up
