Human gene editing can be ethically controversial for people with religous beliefs as it can be interpreted as "playing God". Another controversy is, even though being able to delete a gene that causes a diseases may not be very debatable, if that is possible, changing other features such as eye or hair colour can be put in the table. Moreover, it is also debatable if some syndromes, whichare not diseases, may be considered as a reason for applying gene edition. It is also important to mention, that nowadays it is not an accessible therapy, due to its complexity and its high economical cost.
