The reflection should look like this.

To make a reflection about the x-axis, we just need to multiply the y-coordinate of each point by (-1)

The points on the figure are:

P = (0, 8)

E = (-7, 5)

A = (-1, 0)

R = (2, 4)

Then to make the reflection multiply the y-coordinate by (-1):

\begin{gathered} P=(0,8)\Rightarrow8\cdot(-1)=-8\Rightarrow P^(\prime)=(0,-8) \\ E=(-7,5)\Rightarrow5\cdot(-1)=-5\Rightarrow E^(\prime)=(-7,-5) \\ A=(-1,0)\Rightarrow0\cdot(-1)=0\Rightarrow A^(\prime)=(-1,0) \\ R=(2,4)\Rightarrow4\cdot(-1)=-4\Rightarrow R^(\prime)=(2,-4) \end{gathered}

The coordinates of the reflection are P'E'A'R' then you can mark them in the graph and connect with lines
